§ 17-506. Applications for permits.
 

(a)  In general.- An applicant for a permit shall submit an application to the Secretary on the form that the Secretary requires. 

(b)  Fees; waiver.-  

(1) The applicant shall pay to the Department the application fee set by the Secretary in accordance with § 2-104 of this article. 

(2) The Secretary shall waive all permit fees for local and county health departments. 

(c)  Waiver of renewal fees.- The Secretary shall waive all renewal fees for local and county health departments.
