§ 18-315. Antirabies clinics.
 

(a)  Clinics required.- With the county health department for each county, the Department shall provide for an antirabies clinic in the county. 

(b)  Staff.- Each clinic shall be staffed by a graduate veterinarian. 

(c)  Operation.- The clinic for a county shall be offered on or before June 30 of each year, on the date and at the location that the Department and the health department for the county determine. 

(d)  Fees.- Each county health department may charge fees that are set so as to produce funds to cover the cost of material and services that the clinic provides. 

(e)  Vaccination procedures.- The public health veterinarian shall set the vaccination procedures to be used at the clinics.
