§ 19-910. Term and renewal of license.
(a) Term of license.- A license expires on the third anniversary of its effective date, unless the license is renewed for a 3-year term as provided in this section.
(b) Applications for renewal.- Before the license expires, the licensee periodically may renew it for an additional 3-year term, if the licensee:
(1) Otherwise is entitled to the license;
(2) Pays to the Secretary a renewal fee established by the Secretary; and
(3) Submits to the Secretary:
(i) A renewal application on the form that the Secretary requires; and
(ii) Satisfactory evidence of compliance with any requirements set under this subtitle for license renewal.
(c) Issuance of renewal.- The Secretary shall renew the license of each licensee who meets the requirements of this section.
