§ 8-203. Authority of Secretary; reports to Deputy Secretary.
 

(a)  In general.-  

(1) The Director exercises the powers, duties, and responsibilities of office subject to the authority of the Secretary. 

(2) The Director shall report to the Deputy Secretary for Public Health Services. 

(b)  Powers and duties.- The Secretary may exercise any power or perform any duty of the Administration.
