§ 1-307. Disciplinary actions; investigations.
 

(a)  Disciplinary actions.- A health care practitioner who fails to comply with the provisions of this subtitle shall be subject to disciplinary action by the appropriate regulatory board. 

(b)  Investigations.- The appropriate regulatory board may investigate a claim under this subtitle in accordance with the investigative authority granted under this article.
