§ 15-309. Display of license; notice of change of address.
 

(a)  Display of license.- Each licensee shall keep a license and delegation agreement for inspection at the primary place of business of the licensee. 

(b)  Written notice of change of address.-  

(1) Each licensee shall give the Board written notice of any change of name or address within 60 days of the date of the change. 

(2) A licensee who fails to comply with this subsection is subject to an administrative penalty of $100.
