§ 16-305. Issuance and contents of license.
 

(a)  Issuance.- The Board shall issue a license to any applicant who, by the affirmative vote of a majority of the full authorized membership of the Board, meets the requirements of this title. 

(b)  Contents.- The Board shall include on each license that the Board issues: 

(1) The signature of the Secretary of the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene attesting that the individual meets the requirements of this title; and 

(2) A serial number that corresponds to an entry in the registration records of the Board.
