§ 3-306. Issuance and contents of license.
 

(a)  Issuance.- The Board shall issue a license to any applicant who: 

(1) Pays a license fee set by the Board; and 

(2) Otherwise meets the requirements of this title. 

(b)  Contents.- The Board shall include on each license that it issues: 

(1) Its seal; and 

(2) Designations that clearly distinguish between those licensees who may practice chiropractic and those who may practice chiropractic with the right to practice physical therapy.
