§ 12-607. Effect of subtitle.
 

(a)  Powers are additional and do not supplant other powers.- The powers conferred under this subtitle are in addition to and do not supplant any other powers conferred by law. 

(b)  Subtitle not limiting.- This subtitle does not limit any other power of an authority.
