§ 10-605. Grants.
 

(a)  Grant proposals.- The Secretary shall solicit grant proposals to implement the Program priorities approved by the Governor and the General Assembly under § 10-603(a) of this subtitle. 

(b)  Awarding grants.- With the advice of the Council, the Secretary shall award grants funded in accordance with the approved Program priorities. 

(c)  Evaluation of programs funded.- The Secretary shall provide for the evaluation, by recognized authorities in the field of services to seniors, of the programs funded by the grants.
