§ 3-202. Local departments - Funding.
 

(a)  State and federal funds.- Administrative costs that a local department incurs in carrying out this subtitle and Subtitle 3 of this title shall be paid with State or federal funds as the Department prescribes. 

(b)  County funds.- This section does not prohibit a county from appropriating additional funds for administrative costs of a local department.
