§ 5-412. Amendment or repeal of part.
 

(a)  In general.- Any assistance granted under this part is subject to future repeal or amendment of this part. 

(b)  No right to compensation.- A recipient is not entitled to compensation if the recipient's assistance is affected by repeal or amendment of this part.
