§ 9-230. State facilities - Advisory boards.
 

(a)  Authorized.- With the consent of the State Advisory Board, the Secretary may establish an advisory board for one or more facilities. 

(b)  Composition.- Each board shall consist of individuals that the Secretary and the State Advisory Board consider to be helpful in matters that relate to the effective operation and improvement of the facility. 

(c)  Meetings - Attendance by juvenile justice monitors.- A representative of the Juvenile Justice Monitoring Unit of the Office of the Attorney General established under Title 6, Subtitle 4 of the State Government Article shall be available to attend meetings of each advisory board.
