Section 10-504 - Penalties. - Maryland Statutes

§ 10-504. Penalties.
 

A person that intentionally violates this subtitle is subject to: 

(1) a civil penalty not exceeding $1,000 for each violation; and 

(2) denial, suspension, or revocation of any license held under this article.
