§ 11-1012. Work with other units or entities.
 

(a)  Executive Branch units and institutions of higher education.- Each unit in the Executive Branch of State government and each institution of higher education in the State may work with the Corporation on matters relating to the unit. 

(b)  Counties, municipal corporations, and local workforce investment boards.- Each county, municipal corporation, and local workforce investment board in the State may work with the Corporation on matters relating to the political subdivision or entity.
