Section 2-101 - Definitions.
§ 2-101. Definitions.
(a) In general.- In this title the following words have the meanings indicated.
(b) Commissioner.- "Commissioner" means the Commissioner of Labor and Industry.
(c) Division.- "Division" means the Division of Labor and Industry.
(d) Secretary.- "Secretary" means the Secretary of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation.
