Section 4-206 - Definitions.

§ 4-206. Definitions.
 

(a)  In general.- In this Part II of this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated. 

(b)  Challenged ballot.- "Challenged ballot" means the ballot of an individual whose eligibility to vote in a consent election is challenged. 

(c)  Petition.- "Petition" means a petition for permission to enter into an agreement under which the Mediation Service will conduct a consent election.
