§ 10-204. Department advisory commissions.
 

(a)  Wildlife Advisory Commission established.- There is a Wildlife Advisory Commission in the Department. 

(b)  Members of former commission may continue to serve unexpired terms.- Notwithstanding any other provision of this article, a member of the Fish and Wildlife Commission as of June 30, 1972 may serve the unexpired remainder of the member's term as a member of an advisory commission created by law.
