§ 5-1209. Adjustment of boundaries by notice, hearing and legislative action.
 

Any modification or adjustment of the boundaries of any State wildlands area shall be recommended by the Secretary after public notice of the proposal and public hearing as provided in § 5-1208. The proposed modification or adjustment shall then be recommended with map and any description to the Governor. The Governor shall advise the General Assembly of his recommendations with respect to any modification or adjustment. Any recommendation shall become effective only by act of the General Assembly.
