§ 13-213. Retired officers and enlisted individuals.
 

(a)  In general.- The Governor may adopt regulations that provide for the retirement of officers and enlisted individuals. 

(b)  Reactivation of retired officers or enlisted individuals.- The Governor may order a retired officer or enlisted individual to active duty. 

(c)  Retired list.-  

(1) There is a retired list exclusively restricted to retired officers and enlisted individuals of the organized militia. 

(2) The retired list shall be divided into three groups of retired individuals: 

(i) the National Guard; 

(ii) the Maryland Defense Force; and 

(iii) the Inactive National Guard.
