§ 8-707. Registration deadlines.
 

(a)  In general.- Except as provided in subsection (b) of this section, a ground lease holder shall register a ground lease under this subtitle before September 30, 2010. 

(b)  Ground lease holder under disability.- If a ground lease holder is under a legal disability at the expiration of the registration period under subsection (a) of this section, the ground lease holder has 2 years after the removal of the disability to register the ground lease.
