Section 10-301 - "Unit" defined. - Maryland Statutes

§ 10-301. "Unit" defined.
 

In this subtitle, "unit" means an officer or unit that is authorized by law to: 

(1) adopt regulations subject to Subtitle 1 of this title; or 

(2) adjudicate contested cases subject to Subtitle 2 of this title.
