Section 10-601 - "Political subdivision" defined. - Maryland Statutes

§ 10-601. "Political subdivision" defined.
 

In this subtitle, "political subdivision" means: 

(1) a county; 

(2) a municipal corporation in the State; 

(3) an unincorporated town in the State; 

(4) a school district in the State; or 

(5) any special district in the State.
