Section 10-637 - Definitions.
§ 10-637. Definitions.
(a) In general.- In this Part V of this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.
(b) Archives.- "Archives" means the State Archives.
(c) Commission.- "Commission" means the Hall of Records Commission.
(d) Public official.- "Public official" includes an official of the State or of a county, city, or town in the State.
