§ 11-402. State master application form.
 

(a)  Development.- If feasible and with the cooperation of each State unit that has authority to issue a development permit, the Coordinator shall develop a State master application form and appropriate appendices for use in applying for multiple development permits. 

(b)  Use.- The State master application form and its appendices may be used instead of individual application forms.
