Section 19-301 - Validation of prior acknowledgments.

§ 19-301. Validation of prior acknowledgments.
 

Any legal instrument that was properly acknowledged within the 2 years directly preceding June 1, 1953 in accordance with the laws and practices that existed at that time may not be construed to be defective or wrongfully acknowledged by reason of any provision of Chapter 404, Acts of 1953, but shall be construed and treated as properly acknowledged for all of the purposes of that chapter.
