Section 2-1232 - Duties. - Maryland Statutes

§ 2-1232. Duties.
 

In addition to any other duties set forth elsewhere, the Office shall: 

(1) develop, coordinate, support, and maintain computer services and automated data processing and information systems for the General Assembly and the Department; 

(2) provide training for employees of the General Assembly and the Department who use the information systems; 

(3) plan for the future information systems needs of the General Assembly, its staff, and the Department; 

(4) as approved by the Executive Director and the Legislative Policy Committee, upgrade the information systems of the General Assembly and the Department; and 

(5) carry out any other function required by the Executive Director.
