Section 2-1245 - Additional compilation of public local laws. - Maryland Statutes

§ 2-1245. Additional compilation of public local laws.
 

The Department shall: 

(1) keep a current list of the public local laws of the State; 

(2) keep the list accessible to the members of the General Assembly at all times; and 

(3) subject to § 2-1246 of this subtitle, annually submit the list to the General Assembly.
