§ 20-1002. Construction of part.
 

(a)  Federal, State, and local laws.- This part, including the limitations on damages, does not limit the scope of, or the administrative procedures or relief available under, any other provision of federal, State, or local law. 

(b)  Civil actions for violations of county discrimination laws.- This part does not limit Subtitle 12 of this title.
