§ 3-208. Appropriation.
 

(a)  Required.- In each budget bill for a fiscal year in which the term of a Governor expires, the Governor shall include an appropriation, to the Secretary of General Services, of the money needed to carry out the purpose of this subtitle. 

(b)  Limitation.- The appropriation under this section may not be more than $50,000. 

(c)  Reversion to General Fund.- If the Governor-elect is the incumbent Governor, the appropriation under this section shall revert to the General Fund of the State.
