§ 7-204. General responsibility of Division and Administrator.
 

(a)  Compilation and editing.- The Division shall compile and edit: 

(1) the Code of Maryland Regulations; and 

(2) as a temporary supplement, the Maryland Register. 

(b)  Publication.- Subject to the limitations in this subtitle, the Administrator is responsible for the publication and distribution of the Code of Maryland Regulations and the Register.
