§ 9-118. State Lottery Fund.
 

(a)  Established.- There is a State Lottery Fund. 

(b)  Composition.- Except as otherwise specifically provided by law: 

(1) the Agency shall account to the Comptroller for all of the revenue under this subtitle; and 

(2) the Comptroller shall credit the revenues to the State Lottery Fund. 

(c)  Voucher system.- A system of voucher deposits may be used for: 

(1) payout of prizes; 

(2) payout of commissions; and 

(3) reimbursement for money paid out for prizes or commissions.
