§ 9-1004. Meetings; compensation; function.
 

(a)  Meetings.- The Commission shall meet at least quarterly at the times and places that the Commission determines. 

(b)  Compensation and reimbursement for expenses.- A member of the Commission: 

(1) may not receive compensation; but 

(2) is entitled to reimbursement for expenses under the Standard State Travel Regulations, as provided in the State budget. 

(c)  Staff services.- The Archives shall provide staff services for the Commission. 

(d)  Function.-  

(1) The Commission shall be an advisory body for the Archives. 

(2) The Commission shall review and comment on: 

(i) the proposed budget of the Archives; 

(ii) all proposed publications of the Archives; and 

(iii) all proposed policies pertaining to the use of the Archives by the public.
