§ 2-515. Enrollment and participation by certain Tri-County councils.
 

(a)  Application.- This section applies to the Tri-County Council for Southern Maryland, the Tri-County Council for Western Maryland, the Tri-County Council for the Lower Eastern Shore of Maryland, and the Mid-Shore Regional Council. 

(b)  Enrollment.- An employee of a council subject to this section may enroll and participate in the health insurance benefit options established under the Program with the approval of the council. 

(c)  Payment of costs.- A council subject to this section shall: 

(1) pay to the State the total costs resulting from the participation of its employees in the Program; and 

(2) determine the extent to which the council will subsidize participation of its employees in the Program.
