§ 20-201. Scope of division.
 

(a)  In general.- Except as provided in subsection (b) of this section, and except as otherwise expressly provided, Titles 20, 21, and 29 of this article apply to each State system. 

(b)  Exception.- Title 21, Subtitle 4 and Titles 22 through 31 of this article do not apply to the Legislative Pension Plan.
