§ 28-201. Membership in the Local Fire and Police System - Scope.
 

This subtitle applies only to an employee of a participating governmental unit who is: 

(1) a law enforcement officer as defined in § 31-201 of this article; or 

(2) a fire fighter as defined in § 31-201 of this article.
