Section 7-101 - Scope of title.
§ 7-101. Scope of title.
(a) In general.- Except as provided in subsection (b) of this section, this title applies to all employees in the State Personnel Management System.
(b) Temporary employees.- This subtitle does not apply to a temporary employee.
