Section 15-106 - Licensees to report changed information.

§ 15-106. Licensees to report changed information.
 

(a)  Report required.- If, during any license year, there is any change in the information that a licensee gave the Administration in obtaining a license under this title, the licensee shall report the change to the Administration within 30 days after the change occurs. 

(b)  Reporting changes of information.- If, during any license year, there is any change in the information that a licensee gave the Administration in retaining a license under this title, the licensee shall report the change to the Administration within 30 days after the change occurs. 

(c)  Form and execution of report.- The report under this section shall be made on the form that the Administration requires. 

(d)  Signature and certification.- The licensee shall sign the form and certify that the information given in it is true.
