Section 6 Annual report; regulations - Massachusetts Statutes

Section 6. The director shall prepare and submit to the governor and the general court an annual report which shall contain the description of organization of the department, and such other matters as he deems appropriate. He shall also include in such annual report such information as may be required by the commissioner of administration.

The director shall make, and from time to time revise, regulations for the conduct of the business of the department, and such other regulations as may be required by law.
