Section 18 Information on forms; legible writing required - Massachusetts Statutes

Section 18. Copies transmitted under sections twelve and seventeen shall be written in a legible hand, typewritten or reproduced in actual size by photographic or microphotographic process. Anything in sections sixteen and seventeen to the contrary notwithstanding, copies reproduced in actual size by photographic or microphotographic process upon paper approved by the state secretary need not be upon paper furnished by him.
