Section 44.5 Termination of employment for veterans following return from overseas duty - Massachusetts Statutes

  Section 441/2. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, a state or municipal government entity shall not terminate the employment of any veteran for at least 30 days following the return of the veteran from overseas duty.
