257.1315 Single registration form for more than 1 facility; contents; fees.

Sec. 15.

A business maintaining more than 1 motor vehicle repair facility shall file a single registration form annually, which along with the other information required by this act, clearly indicates the location of and the individual in charge of each facility. Fees shall be paid separately for each location.
