Sec. 4.
No person shall sell, offer or expose for sale, or advertise for sale, eggs for human consumption, if the package containing them, or any stamp or label on the package or on the eggs, or any advertising concerning or accompanying them, shall bear any statement, symbol or device regarding the eggs which may be false or misleading in any particular.
