289.635 Agricultural products; order establishing standard of quality, size and condition.

Sec. 5.

The commission, if it determines that it is necessary to establish standards of quality for any products, shall promulgate an order establishing standards of quality for the products, which standards shall relate to the quality, size and condition thereof.
