289.645 Violation of act; penalty.

Sec. 15.

Any person who holds for sale, offers for sale or sells any product, to which the seal of quality is applied, which does not conform with the quality characteristics and standards for that product is guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine of not less than $25.00 and not more than $100.00, or by imprisonment in the county jail for not more than 90 days, or both.
