290.702a Excluded sales.

Sec. 2a.

Any sale of a commodity by a producer to another producer for his own exclusive use and not for resale or any sale of fresh market produce directly to a consumer or to a retail store or stand for resale to consumers shall be excluded from the provisions of this act.
