Sec. 316.
The adjutant general shall plan, negotiate and contract with the federal government for the maintenance, remodeling, additions to and construction of armories and other military facilities within the state. He may receive and expend grants from federal sources for these purposes and may enter into agreements with agencies of the federal government for purposes of extending available insurance programs to members and employees of the state military establishment.
