324.5315 Duration of current priority list.

Sec. 5315.

The priority list developed under Act No. 329 of the Public Acts of 1966, being sections 323.111 to 323.128 of the Michigan Compiled Laws, and rules promulgated under that act, shall remain in effect until a priority list is developed by the department pursuant to this part.
