324.11124 Inspection of site; determination of compliance; filing and review of inspection report.

Sec. 11124.

Upon receipt of an operating license application meeting the requirements of section 11123, the department shall inspect the site and determine if the proposed treatment, storage, or disposal facility complies with this part, the rules promulgated under this part, and the stipulations included in the approved treatment, storage, or disposal facility construction permit. An inspection report shall be filed in writing by the department before issuing an operating license and shall be made available for public review.
