324.11548 Private sector; legislative intent; salvaging not prohibited.

Sec. 11548.

(1) This part is not intended to prohibit the continuation of the private sector from doing business in solid waste disposal and transportation. This part is intended to encourage the continuation of the private sector in the solid waste disposal and transportation business when in compliance with the minimum requirements of this part.

(2) This part is not intended to prohibit salvaging.
